Bryan joined the GFPF in August of 2017 from the Houston County Fire Department. He was a fulltime firefighter as well as a volunteer firefighter for 5 years. Bryan has a degree in business from Columbia Southern University. He enjoys sports and spending time with his family. Bryan, his wife Niki, and their children live in Warner Robins.
Heath joined the Georgia Firefighters’ Pension Fund staff in January 2012 as Field Coordinator. Prior to GFPF, he was a career firefighter with Summerville Fire Department. Heath had been both a career firefighter and also a volunteer for a number of years and understands the challenges faced by firefighters today. Heath loves the outdoors and spends his spare time either hunting or fishing. Heath and his wife, Savannah, live in Monroe.
Darlene McMillan joined the pension fund May 8th, 2006, continuing a 20 year career as an accountant, which began working for single & multi-family home construction, and residential and commercial property management in Atlanta markets. Darlene located to Georgia in 1974, from her home in Baltimore, MD, and has one daughter, Christa, who currently resides with her husband in Long Island, NY. Darlene enjoys vacations, beachcombing the pet friendly beach of Cape Sans Blas, Florida with her daughter and their five dogs.
Tracy, a native of Georgia, joined the Fund in June 2014. She has over 30 years experience in investment advisory and retirement services.
Tracy started her career with Robinson Humphrey. She then became the Director of The Sheriffs’ Retirement Fund of Georgia, where she spent nearly 14 years serving the Fund. She was employed as a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley and most recently as a Portfolio Specialist at SunTrust Bank.
Tracy has a BBA in Finance from Georgia State University and is currently working towards her Masters in Professional Accountancy at GSU. She is a graduate of the College for Financial Planning and has successfully passed the Certified Financial Planner Exam.
She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and reading. Tracy is an avid DIY’er.
David joined the GFPF in April of 2008 from the Menlo Volunteer Fire Department where he was a volunteer for thirty two years. He served twenty seven of those as the chief. The last five years he also served as chief of the neighboring Cloudland Volunteer Fire Department. David has a business background, having been self-employed for many years. He and his wife Pattie have two sons, Casey and Colby.
Pat, a native of Covington, GA, joined the Georgia Firefighters’ Pension Fund in November of 2011. Before coming to the Pension Fund she was employed with FIS in Norcross for 16 years. She has 2 daughters, a son, and 11 grandchildren. Weekends are full of grandkids soccer, football, and baseball games.
A native of Covington, Georgia, Leanna joined the Pension in April of 2002. She is married to Shane and they have 2 children, Emma and Caleb. Her hobbies include spending time with her family and lots of shopping.
Cindy, a native of Georgia, joined the Georgia Firefighters’ Pension Fund staff in May 2000. Prior to GFPF, she worked for Bank of Covington/Main Street Bank for 13 years. She is married to Steve and they have three children, and three precious grandchildren, which she loves spending time with. In addition, she is an avid fan of NASCAR, the Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Falcons, and also enjoys bowling and reading.
Sharon, a native of Albany, Georgia, joined the GFPF in March of 1994. She retired from the Albany Fire Department in August 1993, after completing 20 years, and moved to Atlanta due to the relocation of her spouse’s job. She and her husband (Robin) have one son (Colby).
Morgan started with the Fund on November 2, 2009 and was named Executive Director May 1, 2014. Prior to that, he worked 8 years in Atlanta, GA for BellSouth/AT&T as a financial manager and 2 years in Houston, TX as a financial consultant for Arthur Andersen. He holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from Florida State University, as well as a graduate degree in accounting from the University of Texas @ Austin. Morgan lives in Atlanta with his wife and young son. Outside of the office, he likes to fish, golf, and watch college football.
